I work for a prestige dealership as there master technician which involves diagnosis on complex systems and diagnosis of problem jobs. I'm also customer facing for problem customers to improve customer satisfaction. I average 170 hrs sold per month and never drop below 100% effcient. I work well in a team and also have the opportunity to lead my team in workshop control occasionally. I'm level 4 ATA trained with over 10 yrs experience in the motor trade. I'm up to date with all my mandatory courses. My goals are to keep learning and improving in my area.
