I am a knowledgeable customer focussed Project Coordinator in a technology driven area, with a background in defence and over 30 years’ experience in the technology industry. As part of my current role, and indeed throughout my career, I pride myself on developing and maintaining an exemplary level of customer relations evidenced by the relationships built and contacts made throughout my career. I believe that my methodical and logical approach to all aspects of my work plays a fundamental part in exceeding the tasks set by management and therefore contributing to the objectives of the company as a whole.I consider my interpersonal skills to be a strength of mine and I pride myself in my ability to encourage excellent relations and to motivate my team. I am a critical thinker and have strong analytical skills which I believe are essential when coordinating and supporting projects. This, along with my attention to detail, ensures that accurate records are maintained and customer satisfaction is high. As a previous business owner I am also commercially aware of the need for not only superb customer relations but also a good profit margin.
