Hi, I am John, I am a Psychotherapist & Counselling Psychologist with 1.2 year of Experience in Individual Therapy, who is also currently pursing their PhD in Psychology and has a Masters Degree in Clinical Psychology. I draw from an eclectic and process-oriented approach, drawing from diverse therapeutic modalities to tailor to each client's unique needs and experiences.I utilize Trauma-Focused, Queer-Affirmative, Internal Family Systems (IFS) Parts Work, Narrative Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Client-Centered techniques. I emphasize the therapeutic alliance, prioritizing congruence, genuineness, unconditional positive regard, and empathic understanding.My work is heavily process-based, guiding clients through their emotional landscapes with a focus on the present moment.
