• Lead product adoption within SA Health by providing specialist input to service design and transition objectives.

• Maintained a close working relationship with fellow Application Services team members.

• Provide an integrated and consistent quality and process improvement management process across test management, deployment management and release planning.
• Provide direction to team members responsible for test activities related to the implementation of business application software.
• Establishment and monitoring the effectiveness of processes, structures and standards to deliver quality testing and associated documentation.
• Providing support and assistance in relation to more complex issues.
• Maintain the test plans, procedures, templates and schedules.
