Significant Areas of Responsibility • Establish project plans, goals, priorities and reporting methods within the framework of corporate plans and objectives of the Digital Health SA portfolio. • Oversee the management, co-ordination and delivery of the project and achieve objectives and deadlines.• Determine, monitor and review all project economies, including project costs, operational budgets, resourcing requirements and project risks.• Undertook additional part responsibilities of the Transformation Manger for 6 months whilst recruitment was underway• Worked with vendor on the upgrade design and solution • Identify, assess and manage risks, issues and concerns with timely reporting and escalation.• Manage expectations.• Provide leadership, direction and support in directly managing the Discovery team consisting of nine staff with a variety of IT skill sets.• Manage the prioritisation of the Discovery team tasks in line with the project objectives.• Manage the Windows 10 Upgrade Project main database, which at one point had nine different inputs from a variety of sources.• Oversee the management, coordination and delivery of the Windows 10 Upgrade project to achieve the project’s objectives and deadlines.• Manage key Digital Health SA stakeholder relationships• Active participation in weekly stakeholder meetings, which include staff from within the project, Digital Health SA and the vendor. • Liaise extensively with external service providers, vendors and partners.• Relationship management.

Significant Areas of Responsibility • Significant contribution to the ongoing improvement and positive, consistent representation of the EMR Program.• Oversee the management, coordination and delivery of specific EMR projects and achieve EMR objectives and deadlines.• Maintain a close working relationship with fellow EMR and Digital Health SA team members.• Provide leadership, direction and support in directly managing people, Project Managers and other branch and agency resources.• In collaboration with other EMR projects, establish project plans, goals, priorities and reporting methods within the framework of corporate plans and the objectives of the EMR Program.• Coordination of meetings between key site stakeholders, EMR implementation leads and technical staff to assess current state and future state site devices with the outcome being formal documentation and approval of the sites procurement requirements in readiness for an EMR activation. • Oversee the procurement and installation of devices and related power, data and furniture requirements.• Manage the data collection for the complex backend configuration of EMR devices.• Manage the technical and functional testing of existing and newly deployed devices. • Manage the EMR devices test process including planning, resourcing, progress forecasting and tracking, prioritisation, issue resolution and troubleshooting and organisation and facilitation of daily stand up meetings.• Liaise extensively with customers, senior management and technical staff within SA Health and Digital Health SA. • Liaise extensively with external service providers, vendors and partners.• Relationship management.• Manage the change process including any additional procurement and site expectations.• Manage risks, issues and concerns with timely reporting and escalation.• Manage expectations.
