My field of expertise is remote IT support and server administration, and I have a credential in project management from Humber College. I enjoy working with diverse teams and clients, and I always strive to deliver high-quality service and customer satisfaction.For more than 24 years, I was an IT consultant at Filtration Group, a global leader in filtration solutions. I provided remote support for Canadian and U.S. employees, covering level 1 and level 2 issues. I also assisted with new user on-boarding, setting up hardware, software, accounts, and network devices. I was responsible for local server administration and remote AD administration, using Microsoft 365 and Azure Active Directory. I contributed to the smooth and secure operation of the IT infrastructure and the productivity of the staff.
