I have been in the industrial manufacturing/production industry for 25 years from hands on maintenance turning wrenches in the shop and in the field. I have worked inside sales and customer service in this same industry as well. For the last 7 years I have been in a outside sales role, I have sold architectural building products, oil field machinery and supplies, food processing equipment, parts and components. The majority of my sales background has been predicated around the food processing and manufacturing industry. I LOVE IT! Of all the time spent in this industry I learned early on that one thing is most important across ALL industries…..customer service, customer service, and customer service. Customer satisfaction, customer retention and customer relations must be job #1. I am so happy, ecstatic and proud to be part of a team who has a clear focus on delivering above and beyond quality work and service to the customer.
