As Vice president of Sales & Marketing, led this "Crain's Detroit Business Fast 50" technology solutions consulting and integration leader. The company consults, designs, implements and supports wired and wireless voice, video and data networks. Led, revived, and resurrected my team to positive change into a consultative IT Solutions provider and recognized increased profit margin and quarter over quarter revenue growth. Created, developed and led a new wireless networking solutions division. In addition we specialized in VOIP on the LAN side with the Cisco AVVID converged (IP) infrastructure. As a senior operating officer my responsibilities included P&L management, executive & board reporting, company vision, strategic planning and tactical objectives. In addition redefining the organizations structure, overseeing, coaching a successful and talented sales culture.
