Whilst working as an Associate Director John led the design of numerous innovative educational and commercial projects including;- RMIT Building 201 Refurbishment, Bundoora Victoria - Melbourne University Baillieu Library feasibility study, Melbourne Victoria - $80M investigation into 4 development options for the existing library- Australian Synchrotron Redevelopment, Melbourne Victoria - $18M new user accommodation, engineering building and additional offices to existing building (3mths)- Aviation Training Academy, Melbourne Airport, Victoria - $80M new aircraft research and training academy- Andrew Kerr Aged Care Redevelopment, Tanti, Mornington Peninsular Victoria - $20M additional 60 bed aged care facilities to existing plus 24 apartments- Hailebury College Library, 120 South RD Brighton East, Melbourne Vic - $4M new junior and senior school library- Victorian Desalination Plant, Wonthaggi, Victoria $4 Billion PPP submission with John Holland and Leightons - Kew Primary School, Peel St, Kew Vic - $3.8M - new classrooms and gym to existing building - Canterbury Primary School Molesworth St, Canterbury Vic - $3.6M new classrooms and gym to existing campus - Keilor Primary School, Keilor, Melbourne Vic - $3.5M new classrooms to existing campus - St Francis Primary School Library, Childs Rd, Mill Park Vic - $4M new library to existing campus- Maroondah Masterplan, Melbourne Victoria - $25M investigation into development options for 6 Secondary Schools- Coolum residential development, Coolum, Queensland $5M residential development - College of Fine Arts (COFA), Oxford St, Sydney NSW - $50M new buildings and upgrade to Paddington campus - competition, DA submission to Documentation- Office Tower, Breakfast Creek Rd Brisbane - $140M 18 storey 5 star rated office development - DA submission approved- Ravenswood High School competition, Sydney NSW - $50M new administration, library, middle & senior schools
