I am the principal and founder of Encore Advisory Group. Encore Advisory provides financial consulting, exit and succession planning, and professional coaching for small and medium sized businesses. I help owners transform their relationship with their business by working with them to clarify their goals and helping them put an action plan in place for their business to achieve those goals. I hold certifications as an Exit Planner, CExP from Business Enterprise Institute and a Leadership Coach from the Doerr Institute (Rice University)Prior to starting Encore Advisory Group, I spent 25 years as a commercial lender working with owners of small to medium sized privately held companies to help them fund and grow their businesses. From that experience, I developed an in-depth understanding of the challenges that business owners face. I started Encore Advisory Group in 2018 to help business owners to meet those challenges.
