Responsibilities include:Sales--Developing new leads throughout the United States for sporting, commercial, industrial, and agricultural air structure projects. --Drafting tailored proposals to suit the specific needs of each potential customer and their intended application for their project.--Supporting them throughout the sales cycle by advising them on their business model, helping them present to investors or banks to secure project financing, interfacing with their architects and engineers to finalize project details, and meeting with building department and code officials to assist them in receiving the necessary municipal approvals.--Notable clients of mine include Caterpillar Inc., Smugglers Notch Resort, and Saint Peter’s University.Project Management--Working with our Purchasing and Production departments to secure the necessary components and specialized equipment for each of my projects.--Developing timelines for each phase of those projects, and ensuring that the deadlines were met and that the project stayed on schedule.--Coordinating the various aspects of each project as the customer’s main point of contact, and interfacing with their architects, engineers, and contractors to communicate developments and resolve any unforeseen issues that crop up during the structure’s production and installation. --Assisting our CEO and our Director of Sales by managing their respective projects in the same manner described above.--Notable projects include structures for the Tennessee Titans, Utica College, and Westchester Country Club.Technical Support--Constructing and maintaining the Salesforce database for our entire Sales team.--Implemented both Microsoft Office 365 and Dropbox company-wide, and used them to optimize our ability to collaborate between departments and centralize the management of project documents such as construction drawings and purchase orders.
