Ensure communication between all departments to be notified of any setbacks on products ordered by customers. Take the lead on communications between customers and third parties to be kept up to speed for on-time deliveries or delays.I set the day up for my team and handle any mistakes made in my organization. Handle waste management of hazardous chemicals and solvents and ensure pick-ups are handled without any issues. While I do work alongside my team in getting work done, I also act as a buffer when mistakes are made. We go over why the issue is an issue and how to correct it and avoid it for future instances. I abide by all rules and regulations that need to be followed when making outbound shipments whether they be small packages, Dangerous Goods or LTL shipments made to our domestic or international customers.Receive inbound shipments of products, materials and neat materials. Store received items in appropriate temperature settings based on each item.
