I serve as the Chief Learning Officer for the Veteran's Affairs New England Healthcare System. I proudly support the roughly 17,000 employees that provide medical care for our Countries military Veterans throughout the New England region. I have 18 years of experience in large organization operations management, training development, Human Resource management, and executive level medical recruiting. I have taught students in a variety of grade levels including University research courses. I enjoy the challenge of imparting knowledge through the application of Adult Learning principles. I am honored to be a former Army MEDEVAC helicopter pilot with multiple flight assignments, and a retired Lieutenant Colonel. I hold current licenses as a teacher and School Principal. I earned my PhD. in Education from Montana State University.
