My tenure from associate to senior managing director in Charles Dunn Company’s Downtown office (and headquarters) has been accented by countless landmark commercial sales and leases, most notably:Major Sales• City National Tower: Secured and executed new leases to fill more than 100,000 square feet left vacant by City National Bank, bringing up occupancy from 65% to 98% within a 1-year period, after brokering the 300,000 square foot sale of the building to new ownership. • Pacific Financial Building: Negotiated the $52 million sale of this class A, 214,000 square foot trophy asset to increase the value of my clients’ real estate portfolio and overseeing lease execution and build outs of vacant space to bring building occupancy to 100% within 1.5 years following the sale.• The Washington Building: Completed the $18.5 million sale of this historic 13-story, 107,000 square foot class A office building by aggressively marketing to private and institutional buyers.• 20101 Hamilton Place: Completed the $43 million purchase of this 250,000 square foot office building.• 3424, 3350, and 3545 Wilshire Boulevard: More than 486,00 square feet of office space sold and leased in the heart of Koreatown.• 155 West Washington Boulevard: In June of 2014 completed the $19 million sale of this 180,000 square foot creative office building just South of the 10 freeway in Downtown Los Angeles.Major Leases• XO Communications: Negotiated and executed a 68,000 square foot lease, consolidating and coordinating the company’s transition from many spaces across Los Angeles company into their West Coast telecommunication hub. • Crystal Stairs Inc.: 106,000 square feet• GSA: 106,000 square feet• CCH, Inc: 70,000 square feet
