Responsible for production operations consisting of 22 product filling lines packaging a variety of consumer and industrial lubricants, maintenance, EHS and ISO compliance.

As Plant Manager, Responsible for complete site operations that included Manufacturing, scheduling, planning and forecasting for water products, Maintenance, Food & Plant Safety, Warehousing, and Quality Assurance. Logistics responsibilities encompassed a remote warehouse focused on retail customers, coffee and non-water products sold on routes, and Internal Fleet related activities for 17 branches across the Gulf South and retail markets. Developed and managed P&L, and maintained a staff of 70 (7 direct and 63 indirect reports).

As Route Operations Manager (In addition to Plant Manager responsibilities), managed P&L, sales forecast and Branch Operations, which included 1 coffee and 3 water routes. Managed P&L and a staff of 52 (4 direct and 48 indirect reports) who were responsible for upkeep and maintenance of a 26-acre distribution facility with 960,000ft2 of warehouse space – 1/3 of which was refrigerated storage.

Responsibilities included 4 direct and 45 indirect reports.As Manager Industrial Engineering, performed Engineering functions as an individual contributor in support and development of costs in ERP system, ensured compliance with EHS regulations and permits for ATF and Title V operation as a large source facility, and submitted annual reports to governmental agencies. Supported EHS functions for on site demands and those in support of the end users and distributors such as MSDS development in addition to maintaining compliance with domestic and international hazardous materials shipping regulations using air, land and sea modes.As Manager Product Development and Quality Control, responsible for development of aerosol, liquid and gel insect and odor control products for industrial markets, quality control systems and measurements for all items received and produced, MSDS development, distribution and training, hazardous waste management, and regulatory compliance of manufactured products.
