John has been with the investment bank of Merrill Lynch (now BofA Merrill Lynch) since his summer internship in 2004. He left the firm for 1 year to pursue an MBA at Northwestern's Kellogg School of Management where he received a masters of business administration in finance, marketing and international business.John was a member of BofAML’s industrials team in the U.S. through 2013, in January 2014 he relocated to London as part of the M&A team where he was a generalists working across healthcare, industrial and private equity M&A.In August of 2020, John relocated to New York and joined the M&A team to focus on healthcare M&A.John has worked on a number of public and private M&A, structuring and capital raising transactions during his time with the firm.
