• Coordinated with the Credit Unit on credit appraisal of RCBs accessing the Rural Finance Wholesale Fund (RFWF);
• Monitored RCBs to verify the accounting and credit delivery processes used by the banks in receiving the funds and disbursing them to the clients;
• Undertook credit investigation/research to determine the creditworthiness of RCBs clients to access facilities for on-lending;
• Collated and analyzed data on repayments between clients and the RCBs for effective monitoring;
• Monitored repayment returns to identify RCBs with undisbursed funds to recall the facility;

• Researched international best practices on private sector competitiveness to develop advocacy proposals targeted at government on how to create an enabling environment for private sector growth;
• Reviewed proposed government policies in the annual national budgets and their effect on private sector growth in Ghana. Policy recommendations were developed and presented to the Ministry of Finance;
• Developed project proposals for funding to organisations such as Centre for Private Enterprise (CIPE), United Nations Development Programme (UNDP), Konrad-Adenauer-Stiftung (KAS) among others;
