• Manage the flow of all EWS Operations “Awarded Projects” from Notice to proceed through closeout and final invoicing• Responsible for the hiring, training, and direct management of all Project Controls Team, this staff consists of multiple experienced Project Coordinators and Quality Assurance/Closeout team members with over 15 years experience in wireless communications and construction related services. • Responsible for facilitating a weekly “Active Projects” report which provides project/customer specific forecasting of all project milestones and onsite status details.• Assist General Manager with budget updates, expenditures, and monthly forecasts for all active projects. This data is captured and recorded with the use of an EWS internal project management tools and systems.• Work with EWS CM’s, FM’s, and GM to manage the cost and schedule for projects, prepare budgets and job cost reports, and implement cost control procedures, processes, and systems to insure all projects are completed on time and on budget. • Review and approve Project Status Reports such as open estimates, open sales orders, and financial true-ups as required internally and externally. • Provide technical support to Construction Managers, Field Managers, and Project Foreman as needed or outlined by the awarded project. • Ensure all task assignments are completed and are in accordance with client specific contract requirements.• Responsible for creating and overseeing the creation of internal quality assurance checklists, this allows our team to identify onsite issues or incomplete items prior to customer submittal. • Assist with EWS Material Procurement as needed • Support EWS Accounts Receivable team with Open PO & Estimate reports confirming payment status on all projects• Work closely with General Manger on internal report scrubs to insure accuracy of all job costing, timely submittal of project invoicing, and PO/CO escalations.
