Working as part of a small team providing varied support ranging from phone and remote troubleshooting through to full physical diagnostics and repairs of laptops and desktops. Also, cover on-site setup and support for students across Scotland.

Administrator for the Acute Adult Speech & Language therapy team at the John Radcliffe Hospital. Responsible for the daily running of the office supporting therapists across 5 bases, 3 locations and directly supporting the clinical leads and operations support manager.

Designed and built a small website for a new company. Had to design the look of the site and the companies logo with the client's input and then render that into digital images to use for the site. Once this was done the coding of the website was implemented and revised as per clients requests until the website was deemed fit for purpose and then it was put onto the internet. I provided updates to the client in regards to how the site was being used while also updating the site with new info and images as this was given to me by the client.
