I was recruited to develop and implement the entire HSE program for newly constructed production facility and new hire workforce.Programs include HAZCOM, Lockout-Tag out, Fall Protection, Confined Space Entry, Fire Safety, etc.Developed and implemented comprehensive training programs for 100+ employee workforce.Programs include CPR/First-Aid, Powered Industrial Trucks, Contractor Safety, Process Safety, etc.Maintained minimal incidents and a ZERO RECORDABLE INJURY RECORD of over 500 days throughout plant construction, commissioning process and production operations.
