Its vision is to enable UK Advanced Therapy Medicinal Product (ATMP) companies to reach the clinical market, whilst building clinical capacity across the UK to benefit patient outcomes.My role has been to work across all partners, NHS, University and Commercial to gather requirements so that an IT systems to manage the end-to-end process could be built and put in place. The prototype as been completedProgramme Manager for Cancer Alliance regional eMDT system. An innovative system to allow federation of a patient;s cancer record to be available when a patient has an MDT,the West Midlands Genomic Medicine Centre and the 100,000 Genome project which involves collecting and decoding 100,000 whole human genomes – complete sets of people’s genes – that will enable scientists and doctors to better understand certain rare diseases and cancers. The WMGMC is delivering up to 13,000 of the total number of genomes and has been recruiting patients with rare diseases, as well as their family members, and patients with cancer since September 2015.My role is to project manage the development of the "Genie" system which is the UHB developed software solution for the ordering of Genomic tests and used across 35 Trusts in the country and to seek to regioanlise this success using OpenEHR

To autonomously programme manage a series of projects liaising with College Principal and Senior Management Team• Moving from locally hosted exchange 2010 email server to cloud hosted Office 365 email service for the college email system. (Using Azure)• To migrate the college of MSOffice 2010 to web hosted MSOffice 365• To add to the college estate by bringing to Go-Live another separate building for lecture space and accommodation for 30 students following it's complete refurbishment. To provide a wireless network for that building and to see the establishment of new internet for that building at best value and to link the two campuses via dedicated leased line, again at best value.To design and provide all pertinent policies for the new building and it's residential occupation by students.• To move the college infrastructure to be migrated to a hosted cloud solution.

Transformational Change programme. Your Care Connected is a high profile Transformational Change Programme using technology to change the manner in which patients receive their care, the emphasis is on improving the patient and clinical experience. The programme encompasses 13 organisation, covering a population of 1.6 million in the following geographical area; Birmingham, Solihull and Sandwell.

Project Manager for the implementation of the Maternity Information System, across a Hospital Trust with largest number of births in the Country, working with the clinical teams to set up a project team within Maternity and with the supplier to lead, co-ordinate and manage the project.
