40 years experience as a union organizer and union leader has provided me with the experience of learning about and development of organizational change to serve the interests of the broad array of stakeholders who make up our communities.The labor-management point of interaction is a deeply underutilized space to foment change that can serve to improve outcomes all stakeholders. The central concentration of dialogue must be the consumer/student/taxpayer.I look forward to work I am currently doing and work ahead in the facilitation, coaching, and leadership development towards a "consumer-based labor-management dynamic".
