During my practice, I have obtained extensive experience in litigating claims brought under the Longshore and Harbor Workers’ Compensation Act, the Defense Base Act, the Jones Act, the War Hazards Compensation Act, the Military Extraterritorial Jurisdiction Act, Foreign Voluntary coverage, Occupational Accident Insurance, maritime law, and various state workers’ compensation frame works. I have experience in representing numerous Fortune 500 companies in litigated proceedings before the US Department of Labor’s Office of Workers’ Compensation Programs, the US Department of Labor’s Office of Administrative Law Judges, the Benefits Review Board, New Jersey’s Department of Labor and Workforce Development, New York’s Workers’ Compensation Board, the US District Court for the District of New Jersey, and other administrative and judicial courts throughout the country. I excel at conducting depositions, negotiating settlements, preparing economic exposure reports, drafting pleadings, conducting discovery, and handling all aspects of active litigation. I have recovered tens of millions of dollars in reimbursement under the War Hazards Compensation Act involving claims stemming from statutorily defined war-risk hazards. In addition, I have managed our in-house War Hazards recovery/subrogation department, and formulated creative procedures to streamline recovery from the Division of Federal Employees'​ Compensation ("DFEC"​).I have gained broad experience in handling claims brought under the New York State Workers’ Compensation Law as manager of the firm's New York State Workers'​ Compensation division. I regularly advise insurance companies, employers and TPA's on effective claims management and favorable claim resolution. In addition, I have litigated matters before the NYSWCB district offices in Brooklyn, Harlem, Staten Island, Queens, Hempstead, Long Island, Peekskill, Newburgh, Binghamton, Syracuse, Rochester and Albany.

During my time at the South Royalton Legal Clinic, I practiced as a Student Attorney managing a full case load including matters involving bankruptcy, divorce, child custody, human trafficking, immigration, landlord/tenant, contract and workers' compensation law. In addition, I gained experience with settlement negotiations, mediation and alternate dispute resolution.​The South Royalton Legal Clinic serves Vermont residents who are unable to afford legal counsel and who need assistance with issues such as bankruptcy, children’s rights, domestic violence, housing, family-based immigration, family law, landlord/tenant, social security disability, wills and veterans issues.

United States Department of Commerce, National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration, Fisheries, General Counsel North East.Performed legal research and worked closely with seasoned N.O.A.A. attorneys on actively litigated cases concerning ocean resource management. Drafted briefs and memos concerning current and future litigation. Researched emerging issues in fisheries management and fisheries science. Prepared legal memorandum on the Magnuson–Stevens Fishery Conservation and Management Act and associated statutes.
