At Tipton Middle School, I implemented Professional Learning Communities (PLCs), which enhanced teacher collaboration, improved instructional practices, and reduced disciplinary issues by 63% over two years. My leadership approach is rooted in data-driven decision-making, restorative practices, and creating an environment where all students and staff feel valued and supported.In addition to my work in the classroom, I have served as the district-wide Safety Coordinator and Athletic Director, developing safety protocols to ensure a secure and positive environment for students and the community.
