Since my time with CPS Manufacturing my role within thw group has varied from that of being a site installer to now that of Production Manager for the seating division . You could say i have done things the old fashioned way and learnt from the bottom up. What this does give me is a very wide and varied scope of expertise at every level of the buisness from installing a single seat unit right upto running 500+ seating projects and virtually anything in between these . It also gives me the rare perspective of seeing a project from all angles so i can communicate with the guys on site and the upper management of the company and also the site contractors all who have their own set of targets to achieve . My motto is IF YOU CAN JUGGLE SOOT AND PLATT FOG YOU CAN SIT IN MY CHAIR !
