Royal IHC is a global leading company who is focused on the efficient dredging and mining vessels and equipment. It is won the bid of 14,000 Ton Reel Lay System from SSB and as the Buyer to be in charge of: Collecting the drawings and fabrication requirements from EB and send to different suppliers for enquiry; buying forging parts, steel structures, sealing parts and off-the-shelf parts(Bearings and etc); actively explore the suppliers for the new parts; Receiving the enquires, analysis and bargaining to reduce 5%-8% for each order in average; Submitting the final price to EB, making the draft contract to supplier after receiving the PO, I have accomplished the 350 contracts for this project, almost accounting for 30% of total POs in this Project; Keeping expedite on each PO, assure the delivery date is meeting with PO specified; Update the list of delivery status by weekly and share it with EB and site team simultaneously; Arranging supplier for shipping, assure the Qty., package and shipping mark for the parts by pre-shipment; send the packing list to site team for parts receiving; Collecting the receipts from suppliers, signed Packing List from site team as well as approved final documentations, apply for the payment to suppliers if it is available; Updating the payment forecast by weekly as well as the detailed payment list for all POs with EB by monthly; Inputting the ERP for POs; Taking part in the meetings with EB and site team regarding the drawings and technical details clarification, exploration for new suppliers as well as the confirmation of delivery date and etc.

We export the ship-building materials and spare parts to them.● Maintain relationship for existing customers, have received enquiry and submit the offer; meanwhile, keep contact with domestic suppliers and acquire the proper price; be in charge of production supervision and shipping; make contract with forwarding agent, prepare shiping ducuments and booking cargo space;● The steel plates and steel profiles need to be blasted to SA 2.5 and primed with coatings, make confirmation the quality of blast and the thickness of prime; acqiure the certificate of ABS, BV or DNV from suppliers and solve the issues of after sales; ● Meanwhile, promptly familiar with the new products from the customers and look for the most appropriate supplier and solutions; keep good relationship not only the customers but also the suppliers; besides, it is also my job to seeking new customers for sales of steel plates, steel profiles and oil pipes. Project Experience：● October,2013-The Bid for CS and SS Pipes of Project B362 Offshore PlatformProvide for ABS API 5L-X52 carbon steel pipes and ANSI ASTM A312 GR.steel stainlesss pipes；Won the bid of 15 Ton pipes in total for exportation of Singapore.● September,2014- The Bid for Bulb Flats of Project M965 Dredger Provide for ABS AH36 Bulb Flats；Won the bid of 1280 Ton bulb flats to Keppel Nantong.● May, 2015- The Bid for Steel Plates of Projet M1286 Offshore PlatformProvide for ABS AH36 Steel Plates;Won the bid of 1100 Ton stee plates for exportation of Singapore.● November,2017- The Bid for Steel Plates of Projet H400 and H401 DredgerProvide for DNV A AH36和DH36 Steel Plates;Won the bid of 2000 Ton stee plates to Keppel Nantong.

 Assist to GM handling with the daily English e-mails and translation of company's SOP as well as operation files; Make the schedule for the GM; Convene the each departments to monthly meeting or other related conference; Taking meeting minutes and passing to the each departments; Have meeting or business negotiation with GM, finish the necessary work of translation and write down the minutes; Take part in the tele-conference within the corporation inward or between customers; Finish the work of employment and personnel onboard including collection the interview application files, interview arrangement and following up the interview; Handle with the employment, leave and social insurance payment as well as provision of training for new employees; Calculate the monthly salary and social insurance; Setup and promotion of HR management regulation including the personnel attendance, onboard and leave and C&B; Assist to revise the staff handbook;  Setup of Administration regulation including FA management as well as purchase and delivery of office equipment, stationery and PPE; Supervise and assist the administrator to complete the monthly closing of administration overhead;

 With regard to two projects, give translation support for the whole team; Handle with application of work permit, residential card and visa in local place; Assist the project manager to have negotiation on the project with local government officials from Ministry of Commerce, Ministry of Works and Customs; Connect with local businessman of building materials and rent of engineering equipment, purchase the building materials and rent machinery; Have communication with local builders and project supervisor, feedback the issues to my project manager; Be responsible for translation of all sorts of engineering files;
