As an Engineering Technologist I perform varrious lab and field testing applications. In the field I am a Construction QA/QC tech and I also supervise and train lab proceedures in our Louisville Kentucky geotechnical lab. I am charged to maintain the calibration records and see that our equipment stays maintained.

Instructing new students in Engineering Design

Instructed new candidates for the evaluation and materials testing for the U.S. Corps of Engineers. Classified and tested soils for the reconstruction of the New Orleans Levees.

Atlanta Georgia/St. Rose Louisianna

I started with Mactec training in the Atlanta Ga office for the New Orleans levee project. I then moved to the St. Rose lab where I set up consolidation testing and the advanced testing area. We had a very short run of testing before FFEB took over the project and I moved over to that lab just across the street.

Erlanger Kentucky

As an Engineering Technician I was engaged in construction reviews and inspections for the Paul Brown Stadium, Cincinnati Ohio. I also earned a Level 1 Construction/ Grading inspector for the Kentucky Transportation Cabinet in 2001 for roadway and building projects throughout the Northern Kentucky area. I was the QA/QC inspector for The Kentucky Speedway pavement inspection and evaluation during the spring of 2003. Nuclear Gage certified for testing sub-base and sub-grades for roadway and building projects.
