Developed a diagram tool for viewing and editing a server’s rack position. The diagram tool was created in HTML canvas and was interactive. It made direct changes to ServiceNow tables through an API. Created an Angular application wizard to manipulate data in ServiceNow. The wizard simplified workflows and made entering data more efficient.Modified existing database tables to improve efficiency and load times. Also, created new tables in ServiceNow to map data.Improved APIs in ServiceNow by reducing payloads and optimizing queries.
