As the Managing Director of Mintz’s E-Data Consulting Group, John’s practice focuses exclusively on counseling clients – from start-ups to Fortune 500 companies – on information governance, e-discovery readiness, and the utilization of technology and artificial intelligence to manage large data matters. John has particular experience working with clients in the life sciences, pharmaceuticals, and healthcare industries facing commercial litigation, M&A issues/second requests, and government investigations. John also directs and oversees the team of lawyers and technologists who comprise the E-Data Consulting Group and manages the Firm’s discovery vendor partnerships and internal discovery functions.
