Deputy Crisis Manager & Staff Officer(military leave of absence from SAIC)* Provided leadership, support and guidance to Source Directorate personnel IRT numerous natural disaster crisis operational events such as the Deep Water Horizon oil spill, Japan Tsunami, other natural disasters and overseas military conflicts (including various iterations of the man-made disaster"Arab Spring" uprisings). Coordinated regularly with Production and Collections personnel.* Maintained situational awareness of worldwide events (through OPEN SOURCE and classified ALL SOURCE systems) in order to anticipate and prepare to staff for potential requirements for geospatial-intelligence support. Member of Iran Cadre program professional development program.* Monitored and reported on issues such as force protection, counterproliferation, counter-terrorism, irregular warfare and criminal activities (such as trafficking in persons, money laundering, piracy and smuggling)* Assisted in coordination of multi-source, all-source collection and analysis - including the utilization of SIGINT, MASINT, IMINT and open source information* Performed as Primary Source Directorate conduit for all activities related to National Level and Agency Level exercise events, helping to ensure that the directorate and the Agency were well-prepared for real world contingencies.* Directorate voice in the review and development of major governance documents such as NGA Agency level Crisis CONOPS and the subordinate documents for the Source Directorate.* Used various information systems (TAC, COLISEUM, MIDB, other national databases, etc.) to accomplish research* Received Flag Letter of Appreciation for leadership during exercise planning with coalition (USA, GBR, CAN, AUS, NZL) partners.
