I am a finance professional with experience in corporate and investment banking as well as corporate finance advisory. I have successfully managed and completed multi-million-dollar project finance and reserve-based lending deals. My expertise also includes advising on and facilitating the funding of leveraged buyouts (LBO).I have a passion for structured finance, with a particular focus on renewable energy project financing. Additionally, I have a strong interest in business development and relationship management.Currently, I work as an Investment Executive at the Development Bank of Wales, where I facilitate debt and equity investments into small and medium-sized businesses across Wales. Since joining the bank, I have successfully executed several LBOs, green finance initiatives, and a range of working and growth capital transactions. These investments span across debt, equity, and mezzanine financing.
