Forming John Backhouse Associates in 2000 to explore different models of support and development for large-scale software implementations, John has enjoyed more than two decades of providing services to companies across the EU and the USA.In his first year in business, John was asked to develop a "design lifecycle management" system for the Apparel industry and he has followed this course ever since. The original idea crossed the Atlantic a while later and gave rise to the new ADAPT Document Management System in 2004/5, which is still in New York in what is "probably" the final stage in its lifecycle.In 2008, we got the Salesforce bug and have worked on it ever since. In 14 years, we have developed many departmental systems for Salesforce and enhanced many more. We specialise in making the most of Salesforce itself and then taking it to the next level with development, integration and a few well chosen Apps.
