Responsibilities included managing the Order, Billing, Contracts, Financial, Accounting, and Asset Management departments of a $ 250 M Revenue Operation. Required understanding of applicable FASB, GAAP/SEC accounting principles. Full P&L and Balance Sheet responsibility.Managed (10) individuals responsible for maximizing revenue and profits for all Sales.

Greater Philadelphia Area

Responsibilities included all Financial and Administrative activities of a $45M Sales and Service Organization. Redesigned Management Reporting, Implemented Sales Order Processes, and multiple procedures. 1994 “FSM of the Year”. Acting Sales Manager 1995. Achieved 100% revenue growth.

Unisys CorporationMarch 1989 to June 1994 Manager, Accounts Receivable U.S. Operations, Blue Bell, Pa. Responsibilities include the management of 30 individuals in the proper recording of $2.5 Billion annually in cash receipts from approximately 250,000 customer numbers and the proper Balance Sheet reporting of over $500 Million in Accounts Receivables.
