• Develop product mix reflective of Enterprise and local business needs, new items and innovative new programs including new product procurement and development• Oversee the buyers and meet the goals for Order Fill measured by daily lost sales within the Meat Plant and Branch locations• Manage the buyers to meet the inventory level requirements measured by percent of inventory• Manage cost of goods through vendor management, opportunity buys, forward buys, commodity purchases and cost of freight• Develop strong relationships with meat suppliers and supplier partners• Collaborate with the Broadline Branches, Foodservice Warehouse and Enterprise Category Management to ensure alignment on product assortment and ensure market competitiveness • Support the Branches and Foodservice Warehouse stores to ensure accurate inventory counts and minimize spoilage and shrink• Participates in Foodservice Warehouse stores COP resets, remodels and new store openings.• Work with Shamrock Meat Specialists on customer calls



 Utilize knowledge of all the mortgage programs offered by lenders. Generate new and promising leads via cold calls and telemarketing. Strongly and effectively communicate with clientele. Acquaint borrowers with products through consultation. Uphold current relationships during and after the complete sales sequence. Assist borrowers with selecting their best suited financial endeavors. Play the role of liaison between borrowers and loan processors from initial set-up to funding of loans in order to guarantee the most effective results.
