Home Lending achieved $36MM in savings in the first year of the initiative (over 900% of target). • Developed, established governance and controls for, deployed, and managed the decommission process for all Home Lending applications. Implemented a streamlined process for low risk applications and tools, which reduced the decommission timeline by 60%. Completed 635 decommissions in the first three years of implementation. Process identified as a best practice within Consumer and Community Banking. • Led the effort to open the first 24 Chase Homeownership Centers to provide personal assistance to homeowners facing foreclosure as a result of the 2008 financial crisis. Coordinated the identification of real estate, recruiting and hiring of 250 staff members, training design and delivery, and the opening of the centers, all within 90 days of project initiation. -
