I am very much a hands on Engineer which i believe helps me when it comes to problem solving, I have experience in a number of fields including Aerospace Tool Rooms, Fabrication & Pipe Fitting and Automotive Manufacturing Suppliers, I am currently responsible for the new product introduction of COEX New Generation Fuel Systems Machines, this includes the following equipment - NGFS Blow Moulder, Water Cooler and Plastic Welding Finishing Machines. I am currently working with a team of engineers installing and setting up an £8.5m automated production cell that includes 14 KUKA robots . I also have responsibility for the monitoring and updating of machine parameters, material yield, cycle time and product improvements, I have experience with KUKA & ABB robots. I have held a number of positions which include Process Coordinator, Tecchnical Shift Leader, Technical Developement Engineer and Sampling Specialist. I am ILM Level 3 trained and have experience dealing with many different issues, people and opportunities during my career, at Kautex Unipart I have received 3 Unipart Mark In Action awards for outstanding Customer Service and Support. My current role for NPI/AME department involves the procurement and installation of all machines and equipment to SOP +90, a record of all parameters, tooling and process control documentation is part of the hand over to the Run & Maintain Team, this includes iteration sheets for tracking process changes and optimisation, process book for all settings and tool changes, full capability data to support the delivery of a robust process.
