I am in charge of training new drivers for their CDL and making sure they have all secondary forms filled out. At the High School I am trusted with watching student safety as well as ensuring building safety.

I have a current CEP cert for coaching and mainly just help out the main coach in setting up stations for the kids.

I was in charge of trainning people to tear down transmissions and differentials properly. I also trained workers on quaility of parts per Eaton specs. I am certified through W.W.Williams for AT/MT series Allison Automatic Transmission and through Eaton for part quaility. I was responsible for starting repair orders, ordering parts, employee reviews, setting up employee meeting, and making sure there was a steady work flow. I was trained to use dynamometer, mig welder, parts software (iTrack), fork lift, grinders, impact/hand tools, gas torches, hydraulic/air presses.

During my shift I was in charge of labor and food cost were within the acceptable range, I also had to make sure each position within the restaurant with covered by an employee. I also dealt with customer concerns, some of which would require a refund, credit or refilling the order correctly. If closing I was in charge of counting the cash drawer and looking at the credit card total to make sure money was all accounted for and delivering deposit to bank. If a delivery was made I was in charge of looking over the order form and counting items to be sure that all inventory was delivered and in good condition and then put away properly so that newer food items were put behind older ones. I would also be required to make food items and even do a quality check at the end before handing it to the customer.

In charge of full disassembly and cleaning of engine and all it's internal parts. I also performed job that involve full balance and blue print, pressing piston rods on and off, and magnafluxing engine blocks for cracks.
