I’m an IT Trainer, and e-learning writer with over 15 years’ experience within University of Bath, Swindon Borough Council and Capita, with a proven track record in designing and delivering customer-focussed, informative & enjoyable learning experiences (both e-learning and classroom) for stakeholders, including staff, students, Corporate Board, political leaders, local government professionals, volunteers and apprentices. I use levels 1 and 2 training impact/return of investment data to constantly monitor and improve the service I deliver. I've used Articulate, Captivate and Camtasia to write e-learning modules for a variety of subjects including Asbestos Awareness, Appraisals, Health & Safety and Risk Management and a variety of IT applications. I also create and maintain self-paced IT modules, stored on the University Moodle site.
