I am a Consultant Social Worker with a proven record of operational, strategic and change management within the private and public sector. I have extensive experience of policy and practice development, particularly within the context of safeguarding; I have had much experience of quality assurance and improvement, particularly within the residential sector; I am also a trained analytical and psychotherapeutic counsellor. I have a particular interest and expertise in promoting recovery from abuse, and I have designed and provided training to assist adults to understand and work with sexually-abused children and young people.
