We specialize in breeding White Galloway cattle which are a naturally polled breed and have remained largely unchanged since Roman times. Galloways were first recorded as a breed in the 17th Century and have thick double-layered coats and their hardy nature makes them ideal for Orcadian climate. Laboratory tests in Canada have also found that beef from Galloway cattle is low in saturated fat and is as healthy for the heart as chicken and fish. Show less
