Directly responsible for the oversight of a $22 million facility modernization and refurbishment project without a break in service or functionality throughout the 14-month process

Served as the NATO representative to Kabul, Afghanistan for Airport Compliance to ICAO regulations, Advised Afghan, NATO and U.S. State Department officials on transition of authority, airport improvements and longevity of joint operability in accordance with multiple directives. Helped to develop lines of communication in order to train, advise and assist the Afghan Government in daily airport operations, development, security, and airfield emergency responsiveness. Provided security to coalition forces and advised the Afghan Security Forces during logistical operations around the city to verify surveillance equipment functionality. Implemented integration plan between NATO services and Afghan Civil Aviation Authority that achieved 50% greater service capacity, 30% cost reduction to the Hamid Karzai International Airport of Afghanistan
