As part of the Alysian consulting team and working with their client Norstella, I turned around a delayed acquisition business case, defined the target operating model for the newly integrated business, agreed the op model implementation plan with Norstella and the acquired business leadership teams.

I led the carve out of 10 manufacturing sites in USA and Europe from Kerry Group integrating these into Irca's Sweet business. I drove the creation of a new trading/operating model (delivered in 11 weeks), planned the timely exit from TSA’s, and the implementation of ERP including Salesforce CRM and CPQ.

Delivered and implemented a new global operating model for the GSK and Pfizer Consumer Health merger/joint venture.

Started manufacturing of water soluble film for this US medical device manufacturer.

Delivered new operating model, merger integration of Maquet medical device manufacturing and ERP for into Getinge's global supply chain.

Following acquisition by Getinge, I led the relocation of medical device manufacturing from the UK to China including new operating model and ERP implementation. First commercial production commenced 1 year after breaking ground with program investment recouped 12 months later.

Obtained $650k via Canada’s SRED program to raise capital, turned around early SaaS solution delivery, renegotiated distributor contract.

Turned around this manufacturer of medical devices and environmentally friendly consumer packaged goods including rebranding, cutting production costs, raising $1m in equity financing, managing global sales and supply chain, increasing sales globally to big brand retailers in the USA, Asia and South Africa.

Defined and implemented global operating model across all functions to realign processes and performance in line with corporate strategy.

Led the merger integration of Astra & Zeneca delivering 40 business transformation or technology projects deployed across 120 markets around the world. Collectively the projects impacted all parts of the business.
