Primary responsibilities include leading process improvement projects and organizing a team of highly skilled technicians on a daily basis; design and/or supervision of all electrical installations, maintenance and equipment troubleshooting; mentoring other technicians; providing support for any and all downtime scenarios; machine design and documentation; programming of PLCs, HMIs, OEE and Scada systems; support and programming of Linux embedded systems for various processes; enforcing of NFPA 70E, NEC and OSHA regulations; vendor management; leading training sessions; remote support of various locations and personnel; new-building start-up and commissioning.

Primary responsibilities included leading a plant-wide expansion of production equipment by overseeing the relocation of 250,000 square feet of equipment from Tampa, FL to Shelbyville, KY all while leading the installation and upgrade of that equipment. Also supported a separate facility via electrical and mechanical troubleshooting and upgrade of antiquated equipment

Provide electrical and mechanical support of production equipment including a variety of interconnected and advanced conveyance and packaging equipment while providing guidance for preventative maintenance programs, leading process improvement projects and mentoring other technicians.

Primary responsibilities included preventative maintenance and production support for numerous Motoman 6-axis robots, welding jigs and minimal conveyance. Supported daily production via mechanical and electrical troubleshooting of all equipment during downtime scenarios and also assisted in planning and organizing projects during very tight production windows.Prior to my time as a Maintenance Technician, I also served as mechanical designer and fabricator for a Continuous Improvement team that engaged associates to eliminate barriers and improve processes as well as Group Leader for a 32 member production team in a fast-paced Toyota Production System environment.
