Update Juba office on emergencies outbreaks which was forwarded to relevant national cluster information officers.Contributing information needed from the field during drafting of project proposals in head office.Attending partner's coordination meetings and representing the organization in Western Equatoria State.Keep BEDN office open during working hours and maintain good relationship with partners on the ground improving the visibility of the organization in the region.Involve the executive director in copy of all office communications taking place in the field office.Notify the head office on any upcoming activities on the ground.Direct the partners that would like to engage with the organization in Yambio field office to write to official mail to the executive director to get approvals on activities.Keep files of all implemented project activities.Have BEDN registered in all the departments within the State and targeted counties.Manage field office petty cashFile all field correspondence documents and send scan copies to Juba office on requestPrepare weekly budget and reconcile ledger book on daily basisTake approval from Juba office for all work done in the field officeOversees the coordination and administration of all aspects of an ongoing program including Planning, Organizing, Staffing, Leading and Controlling program activities.Work with individual project managers to establish plans and goals for each project.Ensure the organization's different project teams have the resources they need for implementation.Keep in touch with donors, do follow ups and provide necessary information to attract interest of donorsPrepares/Oversee the organization's Action Plan for all implementations.Establish formal reporting structure.Communicate closely with project managers in Juba to track progress and provide updates on any changes in strategies or priorities.Perform any other duties as assign by the Programme Director
