John Barnard is a leader in the geospatial sector with 25 years of experience across a variety of markets including land development, asset transaction, energy and transportation. John builds and leads teams to perform a wide range of GIS mapping, UAS data collection, boundary surveys, engineering design surveys, bathymetric surveys and construction control surveys for private and public sector clients. John earned his Bachelor Degree in Geography from the University of Texas at Austin and completed surveying coursework at Austin Community College where he later served on the adjunct faculty. John is currently serving the Texas Board of Professional Engineers and Land Surveyors as chairman of the Cut-off Score Exam Committee and the Texas Society of Professional Land Surveyors as Past-President.
