I have over 30 years experience in housing and 5 years providing English language services to businesses (e.g. Mars, Morgan Crucible, European Union) in Italy. Social housing is as much a necessity as good healthcare and education. A secure home has a positive effect on mental health and can increase people's ability to socialise and embed themselves in their local community. I'm driven by the idea that (often disadvantaged) customers deserve the same level of service as anything offered by the private sector. I love to surround myself with positive, like-minded people (no moaners) and enjoy mentoring colleagues to be the best they can be. I have a track record of measurable success and am proud of creating workplaces where colleagues deliver brilliant service with empathy and a smile. In June 2019, I joined the Board of Inquilab, a Housing Association based in W.
