Contracted by Ricoh USA as the Supervising Manager for Offset and Digital Print facility at the American School for the Deaf. This was both challenging and rewarding working with deaf employees, students and customers. Was able to learn American Sign Language to communicate better with staff and students.I was responsible for all manufacturing of Offset Printing, Digital Printing Color/BW, Banner Printing and all bindery applications while managing staff and student workers.
