My duties and key accountabilities include:• Managing the £1.8m Games Time enhancement of the Olympic Park 11kV Network by UK Power Networks• Managing the procurement and construction of the electrical civil works associated with the 11kV Network enhancement works• Managing the installation and commissioning of circa 50 1600A CT Chambers across the Park, which allow Aggreko to connect their equipment to the transformers supplied by UKPN.• Managing the installation of circa 70 electrical and 7 gas meters by EDF Energy and National Grid Metering Services respectfully.• Managing the construction and commissioning of 12 new water connections and the commissioning of over 30 existing water connections.• Managing the installation of 4 secondary heat exchangers and the associated pipe work and systems• Monitoring the Health, Safety and Environmental performance of the contractors and sub-contractors under my control.• Driving the Contractors’ performances against project milestones, KPIs and programme• Management and analysis of project costs• Preparation of monthly and weekly progress reports and programmes

I was appointed as the Assistant Project Manager on the Multi-Utilities Contract, as part of a new delivery team that was brought in to assist the incumbent Project Manager in driving the Design and Build Contractor to achieve practical completion. My duties and key accountabilities included:• Leading the onsite Delivery Partner team which was co-located with the Contractor• Liaising with and instructing the Contractor on behalf of the Project Manager• Monitoring the Contractor’s Health, Safety and Environmental performance and intervening where necessary• Management and coordination of the Contractor’s works with other Construction Managers and contractors• Keeping the Project Manager informed of contract and site progress and performance• Improving the Contractor’s performance against project milestones, KPIs and programme• Assisting with management and analysis of project costs• Preparation of monthly progress reports and programmes• Leading on the commissioning and handover of the 42 sections of Utilities to the Host Utilities• Leading the close out of construction, commissioning and snagging activities
