- Partnership of Goldman Properties and Goldman Sachs in the purchase and redevelopment of properties in the Fort Point Channel District of Boston. 16-buildings/1.2MM sf. plus a 600-space parking garage - Responsible to investors for executing the portfolio’s redevelopment plan consisting of the expansion/renovation of 11 buildings/570,000 sf, and 500,000 sf. of new capital projects- Primary day-to-day management of the design, permitting, and construction teams required for a multi-phased development combining new and renovated space for residential units, restaurant/retail space, office space, a boutique hotel, and parking garage- Point person for compliance with city agencies, responsible for pursuing permitting, planning, traffic, building code, and life safety compliance- Created and maintained scopes of work, schedules, and budgets for operation and maintenance of 400,000 sf. of multi-building portfolio.- Design-build multiple tenant/multiple building office space fit-outs; responsible for delivering fit plans, design, permitting, estimating, scheduling, bidding, and construction;
