Executive Director, Education & Professional Services Responsible for managing, coordinating and participating in the delivery of Essilor AMERA’s Education & Professional Services programs. This position will support the growth initiatives, bringing new programs, in line with the broader growth strategies of the Essilor Group. This position will assist Essilor to grow the business by maintaining, developing and executing programs based on our business and our customer’s needs. This position will work throughout the AMERA (Asia Pacific, Middle-East, Mediterranean-CIS, Russia and Africa) region. This includes:  Providing overall management and leadership to the AMERA Education & Professional Services team.  Developing training programs and Professional Services for delivery to Optometrists, Ophthalmologist and other eyecare practice staff across the AMERA zone (Asia Pacific, Middle East, Russia and Africa) Assistance with planning for training development, and execution  Evaluation and allocation of resources and education / training tools as required Execution and assistance with implementing best of class training programs Developing and distributing relevant measurement and evaluation tools/Modules Provide mentoring and management consultancy services to internal and external customers Work closely with internal and external customers to achieve growth in Essilor sales, and resilience in business Show less
