Lead Application Developer
CurrentWorked as part of the NGRP innovation team. I developed & delivered several smaller features and bugfixes as part of my intro to the team and products. I paid close attention to unit-test quality, dramatically improving feature coverage and fixing false coverage tests.Worked as a dev-lead for the NGRP foundation team. I was tasked with leading the team through the transition of foundational work to a partner team; I headed up knowledge transfers and updated documentation, helped establish the support cadence and maintenance of new issues, as well as developing for features/bug-fixes that were needed. Continued the transition effort until the work was completed. Worked as a developer on NGRP loyalty team to assist in finishing delivery of a new offering. I led development for one of the loyalty integrations and multiple migration tools as part of that launch. I assisted in writing documentation, developing test plans, coordinating with external partners, and developing requirements and design with architects and stake holders. I stayed on the team through launch of the product into the prod pilot phases.Working as team lead of the LIFT BAU/foundational team. My team is tasked with delivering promised feature commitments and focusing on improving quality as we continue to scale. Led the team through a 6 month effort to turn around the perception of quality and delivery. During quarterly review the customer called out our team specifically as being a massive improvement. Led the effort to revamp metrics and alarms leading to higher quality releases, earlier detection of issues, and a dramatic reduction in warnings & errors.
